TITLE DUPLICATES
Duplicates are quick and easy to obtain! Once processed you will receive your title in a weeks time to the address requested. We can also receive your title at our office if you are in the process of moving. A simple Power or Attorney must be signed in order to do so!
***All we need is the VIN of the vehicle and 6 points of ID of owner!***
CHANGE OF TITLE TRANSACTION (TITLE FLIP)
Whether you purchased your car from a private party or dealer and are not ready to register the vehicle or simply want to change the owner of the title, we will process your title flip the following business day. ***Note, once transaction has been processed, it will take 45 to 90 days for new owner to received new title under their name via mail at requested address.

You must bring in the original title or ownership documents. This includes any and all paperwork that was given by a car dealer including reassignments and bill of sale.

Used to register vehicles, renew vehicle registration, amend or request duplicate vehicle registration.

Use this form to show proof of a vehicle ownership transfer through a private sale.

Use this form to certify sale price for sales tax calculation when vehicle, vessel, etc. is transferred in a casual sale or as a gift.

Use when you are claiming exemption from sales tax for any reason other than a gift (then use DTF-802) or credit for taxes paid to other states (then use DTF-804)

​
Used when a New York resident purchases a vehicle out-of-state, registers the vehicle in New York State and applies for credit for the sales tax paid in the other state.
